🎯 Campaign Selection

  • Use the Campaign dropdown in the top-right corner to select the campaign you want to analyze. Note that data will be available only for Live campaigns.
  • Switching campaigns refreshes all metrics, charts, and insights instantly.

📈 Key Performance Metrics

Displayed as cards at the top of the dashboard. All metrics in the top pane are calculated over the entire active lifetime of the campaign.

  1. Average Daily Active Users (DAU)
    • Average of Daily unique user (DAU) count over the active lifetime (days) of the campaign.
    • Format: Numeric (e.g., 247).
  2. Engagement Rate
    • % of users who had an engaged session with the AI Assistant over total unique users for the campaign. A chat session where the user asked the AI Assistant a minimum of 3 questions is classified as an 'engaged session'. As an example, if there were 100 unique users and 78 of them had an engaged session, the Engagement Rate would be 78%.
    • Format: Percentage (e.g., 78.5%).
  3. Leads Scored (High/Medium)
    • Number of High and Medium qualified leads acquired over the active lifetime of the campaign. Lead qualification is done using LLM-based analysis of user conversations and engagement patterns.
    • Format: High/Medium counts (e.g., 156 / 186).
  4. CTR %
    • % of users who clicked a call-to-action link over total unique users for the campaign. For example, if there were 200 unique users for the campaign and 68 of them clicked a CTA, the CTR would be 34%.
    • Format: Percentage (e.g., 34.2%).
  5. Messages
    • Total messages across all visitors for the duration of the campaign. A message is any single interaction between a user and the ZipTier AI Assistant — either a question or comment typed by the user that the AI Assistant's responds.

💡 Campaign Summary and Highlights

The Analytics Dashboard doesn't just show numbers — it also provides AI-generated summaries and campaign highlights to help you quickly understand campaign performance and decide what to do next.

Campaign Summary

The Summary section gives you a concise, plain-language overview of common themes observed in user conversations and overall engagement trends.

Highlights

Chat Summary

For every prospect, ZipTier automatically records a full transcript of their interaction with your AI Assistant. To make this information easier to digest, the system uses AI to generate aconcise summary that highlights the prospect's key questions, areas of interest, and overall engagement. This means you don't have to sift through long conversations to understand key aspects of what was discussed — the summary surfaces the critical details at a glance.

  • What you see: A short description of the conversation in the Leads Summary table.
  • Full detail: Click the 💬 icon to open the complete transcript with timestamps, user details, and all messages exchanged.
  • Why it matters: Summaries help marketing and sales teams quickly identify high-intent leads, understand prospect needs, and prepare more effective follow-ups.

Intents

The Intents feature helps you understand the motivations behind a prospect's conversation with your AI Assistant. By analyzing chat transcripts, ZipTier automatically tags each lead with one or more intent categories. These insights allow marketers and sales teams to gauge where the prospect is in their buying journey and prioritize follow-ups accordingly.

Intent Categories

  • Need – The user has a specific need or problem they are trying to resolve
  • Purchase – Beyond the need, the user is actively looking to purchase or implement a solution, asking about pricing or purchase details.
  • Budget – The user shares budget constraints or a price range they have in mind.
  • Authority – The user indicates their role in the decision-making process (e.g., "I am looking to buy for my team").
  • Timeline – The user mentions a timeframe for purchase or implementation.

Lead Score

The Lead Score gives you a quick way to understand how qualified a prospect is based on their interaction with your AI Assistant. ZipTier reviews all prospect conversations, identifies the intents, reviews the actions taken by the prospect and puts all of this together to calculate a numerical lead score for the user. These numerical scores are then classified into High, Medium, or Low based on the intents extracted out of the conversation along with engagement metrics.

The score is computed using multiple factors, including:

  • Intents detected in the conversation (e.g., interest in pricing, purchase readiness, budget discussions).
  • Engagement level, such as the number and depth of questions asked.
  • CTAs clicked, like booking a demo, downloading a resource, or requesting contact.

A High score indicates strong purchase signals and engagement, suggesting a prospect is ready for immediate follow-up. AMedium score suggests moderate interest, where nurturing may be required. A Low score reflects limited interaction or weak buying signals.

By surfacing lead scores alongside chat summaries and intents, ZipTier helps marketing and sales teams prioritize follow-ups, focus on the most promising leads, and optimize resource allocation.

Why It Matters: The Leads Summary helps you quickly identify high-intent prospects, understand what each user cares about most, see exactly which actions they took, and export or share lead data seamlessly with your sales team. By combining summaries, intents, and CTAs, ZipTier makes it easy to prioritize follow-ups and move prospects further down the funnel.
