New sessions pause until your next billing cycle. On paid plans you can buy extra conversations anytime from Settings > Subscription > Buy Conversations, or upgrade to a higher plan instantly for more included AI Conversations.

As a rule of thumb, choose Starter if your website gets up to 2,000 monthly visitors, Pro for up to 10,000 monthly visitors, and Premium for up to 40,000 monthly visitors. These are estimates based on typical visitor engagement benchmark of 10%. Consider a higher plan if you expect heavier engagement or run large campaigns/events.
