If they clicked more than one affiliate's link, the link clicked most recently before signup wins, and its 90 days run from that affiliate's first click. Once they've signed up, a later click on someone else's link doesn't move the referral.

Ad blockers and privacy browsers like Brave and Comet can stop our tracking cookie, and visitors in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland are only tracked if they accept cookies on ziptier.ai. A referral also won't count if they became a paid customer more than 90 days after their first click on your link, or clicked another affiliate's link more recently before signing up. Accepting cookies only after moving away from the page your link opened can also lose the click. First, check whether the click shows up in your Rewardful dashboard. Ask your audience to turn off blockers for ziptier.ai and accept cookies before clicking your link.

Payouts run monthly by PayPal or bank transfer once your balance reaches $25; anything under that rolls over to the next month. Commissions are approved after a 30-day window that nets out refunds and chargebacks, so a sale made in January is paid at the end of February.

No. Paid search on "ZipTier" and close variants is not permitted, and neither is coupon spam, typosquatting, or self-referral. Do that and commissions are voided. Everything else is fair game, including paid social, non-branded search, organic content, communities, and email to people who have opted in to hear from you.

Yes, and it's a legal requirement, not just our policy. Wherever you promote ZipTier, say plainly that you earn a commission — before the link, in the same medium, in the same size text. On video, say it out loud and show it on screen; the description box alone isn't enough.

If your clients buy and manage their own ZipTier account, the affiliate program is the simpler path. If you want to own the billing relationship and manage campaigns on their behalf, tell us in your application and we will talk through agency terms.
