Everything you need to know about going from sign-up to a live AI assistant on your site.

How long does it take to set up ZipTier?

Most teams launch their first AI assistant in under 10 minutes. A three-step wizard walks you through it: describe the campaign and give the assistant its context, customize the look and greeting, then upload the content it should answer from.

Do I need a developer or any coding to get started?

No. Setup happens entirely in the ZipTier console. Going live on your website means pasting a single script tag before the closing body tag, and there are step-by-step instructions for WordPress, Shopify, Webflow and Squarespace.

What content do I need to train the assistant?

Whatever you already use to sell: PDFs, Word documents, PowerPoint decks, text files, images with text, or the URLs of your public web pages, which ZipTier crawls automatically. Files can be up to 10 MB each on the Free plan and 25 MB on paid plans.

How do I add ZipTier to my website?

Two ways, and you can use both at once. Embed the widget with one script tag, or share the hosted page every campaign gets, by link, email or QR code. Launcher changes you save in the console reach your live site without touching the script tag again.

Can I test the assistant before it goes live?

Yes. Every campaign has a Sandbox where you can chat with the assistant exactly as a visitor would. Sandbox conversations are counted separately, so testing never uses up your monthly credits.

Can I match the assistant to my brand?

Yes. Set your logo, header colors and font, write the greeting, choose three kickoff questions, and add CTA buttons such as Book a Demo. Pro and Premium plans can remove ZipTier branding entirely.

How do leads get into my CRM?

ZipTier connects natively to HubSpot on every plan, including Free. When a lead scores High, ZipTier creates or updates the contact in HubSpot with the lead details and an AI-written conversation summary. Leads can also be exported as CSV for any other CRM.

Do I need a credit card to try it?

No. The Free plan needs no credit card and never expires. It includes up to 3 campaigns and 20 AI conversations a month, which is enough to set up, test and see real visitor conversations before you decide.
