Registration and Login

Getting started with ZipTier is quick and secure. You can create a ZipTier account using your work email address or a Google workspace account. With Google OAuth, you can sign up using your Google account with just a few clicks.


📝 Signing Up for a New Account

Step 1: Start Registration

  1. On the ZipTier Home page, click on the Get Started Free button. Click onContinue with Google under the Sign Up section.
  2. You'll be prompted to log in with your Google account. Please use a Google Work account to register for ZipTier.
  3. ZipTier requests access to your basic profile details from Google:
    • Email address
    • Name and Profile picture
  4. Alternately, you can choose to sign up using your work email instead of Google. If you select this option, you will be asked to provide your work email and create a password. ZipTier will send a verification email to confirm your email address before you can complete the registration process.

Step 2: Provide Company Details

After connecting your Google account, you'll be asked to complete your company profile:

  • Company Name – The official name of your business.
  • Website – The main website URL for your business.
  • Company Size – Select the appropriate employee size from the dropdown (e.g., fewer than 250 employees).
  • Industry – Select the industry that best represents your business.
  • Company Address – Your office location (street address, city, country, postal code).
  • Privacy Policy link – Provide a link to your company's privacy policy.
  • How did you hear about ZipTier? – Choose from the dropdown (e.g., LinkedIn Ad, Referral, Event).

This information helps ZipTier tailor your account settings and ensures compliance with billing and organizational requirements.

Once completed, click Finish to proceed to plan selection.

Step 3: Choose Your Plan

After completing your company profile, you'll be asked to select a subscription plan. ZipTier offers four monthly plans: Free, Starter ($99/month), Pro ($499/month), and Premium ($1,999/month).

  • You can start with the Free plan at no cost — no credit card required.
  • If you select a paid plan, you'll be redirected to a secure Stripe checkout page to enter your payment details.
  • You can change your plan at any time after registration from Settings > Subscription > Manage Plan.

Step 4: Account Setup Complete

  • Your ZipTier account is now ready.
  • You'll land on the Welcome page and you will be logged in to ZipTier. You can start creating campaigns by clicking on Create My First Campaign on the welcome page.

🔐 Log in to an Existing Account

If you've already created an account:

  1. On the ZipTier home page, click Login.
  2. On the welcome screen, click Sign in with Google underAlready have an account?
  3. Select the same Google account you used during registration.
  4. You'll be redirected to your ZipTier dashboard instantly.

🔒 Security Notes

  • ZipTier never stores your Google password — all authentication is handled securely via Google OAuth.
  • If you change your email address in Google, you'll need to contact ZipTier Support to update your ZipTier account.

💡 Tip: For the smoothest experience, use your work email account.
